The Institute on the Constitution

The Institute on the Constitution (IOTC) 

mission is to restore our American Founding Fathers’ Constitutional and American View of law and government.  The IOTC does this several ways, including live and online courses for students across the United States.  

PJC Liberty provided a scholarship grant to the Institute on the Constitution. 

On August 30, 2017, Institute on the Constitution (IOTC) graduated 20 high school students from IOTC’s U.S. Constitution Course, a course that challenges all who take it to study more documentation than some lawyers do! These high school students spent the last six weeks of the summer studying and discussing the U.S. Constitution with Pastor David Whitney as their guide.
